Stakeholder Assessment
With any change project, it is important to understand if your stakeholders are supportive and aligned. By identifying those stakeholders which are not supportive, you can take preemptive actions to gain their support. By having the stakeholders aligned and supportive, your change efforts opportunity for success is greatly increased.
Our Value Proposition:
ASIL has developed the “Stakeholder Assessment” tool to help measure and track how well the stakeholders support your change effort. The tool helps to identify gaps in support, the impact of having this gap, what steps must be taken to close the gaps, who owns the action and when they must have the stakeholder aligned.
- Identify the perceived state, current gap and required state of each key stakeholder
- Identify the impact of each key stakeholder who is not supportive
- Determine the risk mitigation steps which must be taken per stakeholder
- Assign the owner of each risk mitigation action and the due date for closure
- Track the closure of the risk mitigation steps with a dashboard report
Foundation for success:
ASIL’s Driving Complex Change™ methodology is the foundation for developing and implementing successful solutions.
