One of the major challenges of Provider selection is sorting through the responses of each Provider and developing a comparison of the responses in order to know how to rate each Provider. Provider responses to an RFI, RFP or RFQ can be in a file, a huge binder of paper, or a presentation format. Comparing the different types of formats is time consuming and is not an exact science

ASIL’s Provider Selection Administration process simplifies the complexity of comparing Provider responses and communicating with Providers. All responses are delivered via a predetermined web format for easy comparisons. The secure information transfer is provided through a ASIL’s MAX Interact™ mechanism. Providers are identified as to moving forward or being removed from the selection process, which then generates respective e-mail messages to each Provider.
