Integrated Project Management

ASIL has developed a project management tool which is integrated with other ASIL tools.  Actions that are defined in the Core Competency tool, Stakeholder Assessment tool, Communications Planning tool, SWOT Analysis, Risk Assessment tool, Scorecard, Corrective Action Resolution, and the Driving Complex Change tool are all fed into the ASIL Integrated Project Management tool.
