Partners Programs:
Our Channel Partners are experienced companies or individuals who are industry recognized leaders specializing in or add value to Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Business Performance Management (BPM) or simply those companies who want to expand their offerings in order to enter these markets.
An ASIL Agents:
Companies or individuals that have entered into a Joint Marketing Agreement with ASIL, Inc. and who, in the course of their normal business activities, refer potential clients to ASIL. They act as lead generators for a commission for any leads that result in a sale of ASIL products or services.
- Typically 5% for a referral resulting in a sell of ASIL product or service offering.
An ASIL Reseller:
Companies authorized and trained by us to sell ASIL product and service offerings on our behalf into their unique client base. Our objective here is to have presence in marketplaces we have yet to enter. They act as both (sale) lead generates and service providers.
- Typically 5% for a referral resulting in a sell of ASIL product or service offering.
- 15% for active participation in the successful sale and implementation of ASIL product or service offerings.
Resellers must have a Joint Marketing Agreement with ASIL, Inc. to be actively be involved in any joint marketing activities.
ASIL VAR (Value Added Reseller):
In addition to selling to or referring their clients as a Reseller, the VAR have the option to package ASIL product and/or services for resale with their current offerings. They must be authorized and trained on the ASIL products and services they integrate into their offerings.
- Typically 5% for a referral resulting in a sell of ASIL product or service offering.
- 15% for active participation in the successful sale and implementation of ASIL product or service offerings.
- Revenue split on a case-by-case basis for custom packaged offerings sold.
VARs are typical expected to be self-supporting especially if they customize a product.
OEMs:
Companies that license and customize ASIL products for internal use or resale to their clients. These include ISVs and 4PLs. OEMs are:
- Self-supporting
- Limited to specific market segments and/or geographic areas
Product and/or license fees will be on a case-by-case basis dependent on the amount of direct involvement in the support of the OEM’s end-user(s) by ASIL.
