Press Release: Former Sun Microsystems Executives team up to create an
Outsourcing Software Company

SANTA CLARA. California - June 11, 2004 - A new company is born into the ever-growing field of outsourcing. Today companies are turning to outsourcing because they want to reduce costs, infrastructure and headcount, in order to focus on their core competencies. But because these companies are not experts in outsourcing they find themselves dealing with host of unforeseen problems. Advanced Solutions In Logistics, Inc., a new company based in Santa Clara CA, is targeted to solve these problems and make outsourcing work for its clients through its unique software and services.

Advanced Solutions In Logistics, Inc., an Outsourcing Software company, was founded by Peter Pazmany in January 2004, and was later joined by Michael Vigil in April 2004. Pazmany, the former Vice President of Business Systems and Process for Sun Services, retired in September 2003. Vigil, the former Director of Americas Supply Chain for Sun Services left Sun in March 2004. The two long time business associates and friends knew the time was right to create a venture focused on Outsourcing Solutions.

"We have lived a lifetime of Outsourcing at Fortune 100 companies like HP and Sun." said Pazmany, "we saw an opportunity to package our experiences to enable a broader consumer base". Vigil, who is known for his no nonsense operational management skills and results orientation, is back with Pazmany, the visionary and team builder. Their focus is on delivering software and services designed to increase a company's ability to determine if Outsourcing is right for them, then how to implement and drive for performance.

The team is joined by former Cadence Vice President of Sales James Cantele. Cantele, Senior Vice President of Sales takes on responsibility for Global Sales and Marketing.
