Peter Pazmany, President / CEO

Mr. Pazmany is the Founder and CEO of ASIL, Inc. He is a highly accomplished and award-winning Senior Executive with an extensive background leading Business Development, Finance, Customer Service, Logistics, and Supply Chain operations for Fortune 100 companies.
Peter has been actively engaged with industry and academia as a presenter on topics such as Change Management, Partnering, e-Business, and Supply Chain Management. He has worked with Ohio State University on case studies about supply chain management, and has completed executive studies at Stanford University in the areas of strategy and organizational development. Peter is a frequent presenter at numerous forums including the Council of Logistics Management, Interlog Conferences, IWLA, the Wharton School of Business, Stanford, Santa Clara, and Ohio State.
Peter worked 17 years at Sun Microsystems, Inc., where he held a variety of key management roles from Controller to Business Manager, to Vice President of Global Systems and Processes. In this capacity, he set the business strategies and built a network of integrated service providers that delivered a predictable, sustainable, and flexible set of solutions for Sun's customers. Prior to Sun, Peter spent 10 years with Hewlett Packard in a variety of financial management roles in both services and manufacturing.
Peter is actively engaged with the Advisory Board for the Colorado School of Mines and is on the Boards for the City of Sunnyvale Community Services, National Junior Basketball (NJB) SLAM Chapter and California Youth Soccer Organization (CYSA) MVLA Club. In 2005 Peter Co-Authored ‘Driving Complex Change’, a new methodology for mastering the process of change, and in 1998 he wrote ‘Teaming for Success’ to promote high performance teaming. Peter is also a co creator of MAX Partnering™ an integrated software suite that enables companies to develop their strategies and increase their business performance.
Warren White, Executive Vice President of Supply Chain Services

Warren White is responsible for leadership of ASIL’s Supply Chain Services focused on empowering our Clients through design and deployment of effective and efficient Supply Chain programs. Warren has over 30 years of leadership experience in the service and manufacturing industries, including such innovative companies as Sun Microsystems, KLA-Tencor, Inc., and Data General Corporation.
Warren is an accomplished and award-winning Senior Executive with leadership experience in a variety of roles including Repair Center Management, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management, Call Center Management, Information Systems Management, and Process Management. Warren is highly skilled in Six Sigma, Organizational Development, Supply Chain Operations and Logistics programs, Business Analysis and Change Management.
Several key accomplishments include directing Global Teams focused on Program Management of critical Business System Applications supporting 6000 globally distributed service agents/partners servicing over 84,000 service requests monthly. In the area of Supply Chain Management, Warren led the Supply Chain Management function for North and South American Service Operations, establishing vision, strategy and direction to a function growing 30% annually while managing spares availability to levels exceeding 97% on a demand basis of >12,000 units per week. Co-developed and deployed an industry leading Partner alliance and collaboration model resulting in >$10M/yr savings in Spare Part program expenditures.
Lisa Pazmany, Vice President of Corporate Giving and Real Estate

Lisa Pazmany provides leadership in the areas of Corporate Giving and Real Estate for ASIL, Inc. The belief in building community and investing in our future leaders has prompted the creation of this role that enables ASIL, Inc. to develop partnerships with local communities and academia.
Lisa’s early career was in Retail Sales and then she converted to academia as an Educator. She has spent the last few years involved in community efforts related to local Elementary and High Schools. In these roles she has lead various fund raising events and continues to provide leadership for a retail function within the local High School on a volunteer basis. Her experience in the real estate market has lead to multiple million dollar transactions. Her knowledge of the process and available properties rivals local Realtors.
Lisa holds a B.A. degree in Liberal Arts and worked in academia as an Educator for many years. She has now returned to Industry in this new role to make an impact on local communities.
Michael Singleton, Executive Vice President of Operations

Michael Singleton is the Executive Vice President of Operations for ASIL, Inc. His role encompasses all aspects of operations: including development of business requirements, project functional specifications, proof of concept beta implementation and program monitoring, production implementation, and documentation control for all ASIL operations.
Michael has over40 years of experience in multiple Fortune 100 companies in all aspects of the electronics and computer service industry with a proven ability to develop and implement logistics strategies and systems that support business and financial objectives. Negotiated and structured multimillion-dollar partnerships supporting the delivery of services in support of customer requirements. Lead key initiatives and reduced operating budget growth by 60%, improved overall performance and contributed to multi-million dollar cost savings.
Michael is recognized as an expert in defining and enabling new business concepts to all aspects of operations. He has implemented numerous business control systems that have driven cost reductions, increased overall organizational effectiveness, and improved asset performance.
Joseph Pazmany - Director of Professional Services

Joe Pazmany is the Director of Professional Services for ASIL Inc and will contribute his talents to the success of the company. Within this role, he will oversee various projects of the company as well as influence the business direction of various ventures.
Joe received his undergraduate degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies from Chapman University in Orange CA. He has also recently completed his Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University and is currently looking into pursuing a doctoral degree in the future.
His expertise is centered around internal development, specifically dealing with change strategies, team culture, organizational behavior, and leadership dimensions seen within the professional workplace. In addition to this topical expertise, Joe specializes in being able to translate these concepts from theory to practical application.
Debbie LeBaker, Senior Program Manager

Debbie LeBaker supports the Operations organization for ASIL, Inc. Her responsibilities include program & project management, and supporting Software Development, Sales & Marketing and Client Engagements.
Debbie has 30 plus years of business experience in a variety of professional and management positions with Fortune 500 companies. Her primary focus has been in Customer Service, Contracts/Supplier Management, Program Management and has been a Core Team Member in implementing new programs such as: SAP, PCard, Corporate Card, and EProcurement.
Debbie has a B.S in Business Management and has completed several graduate classes in Materials and Operations Management. In addition, Debbie is a lifetime Certified Purchasing Manager - C.P.M.
