Title: Senior Sales Person

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to drive our regional sales efforts. Responsibilities include developing new accounts and maintaining relationships with existing accounts, generate weekly sales forecast, generate sales leads, initiate cold calls, and make face-to-face presentations to customers. Ability to convey the features and benefits of our software applications to our clients. Travel required.

- 5-7 year’s professional experience with 2-3 years managing sales teams successfully delivering results against revenue goals.
- Lead sales teams of up to 2-10 people.
- Exposure of 1-2 years of client management support, experience with supporting accountability for client relationships (preferably at the executive level).
- Experienced leading full project lifecycles from lead development to final delivery.
- Exposure to teams with multiple discipline representation. Experience with complex process initiatives involving technology, process improvement, strategy and organizational structures of large organizations.
- Capable of managing customer relationships (expectations, communications, escalation, feedback, etc. and ensuring the appropriate participation of, key client stakeholders and client executives.
- Capable of issue facilitation, and meeting management skills.
- Experience in SaaS Software sales a plus.

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to support our Professional Services group. This position is responsible for cross-organizational management of the project delivery requirements, and defining performance targets based on customer data and financial drivers.
Required Knowledge: Program management skills, change management skills, coaching skills, ability to define customer-facing requirement and measurement. Data collection and sampling expertise, interpretation of basic statistical analysis results, and business process design and analysis.
The primary functions of this position include project and program management, client management and team leadership. This position requires a sufficient breadth and depth of expertise to lead large multi-disciplinary teams of people to successfully deliver results. Typical project roles are on projects with team sizes ranging from 10-25 people.
I. Project & Program Management: Structures and manages integrated, multi-track projects and/or programs of multiple projects. Leads the development and tracking of integrated project plans. Adapts and applies structured approach to meet project and program objectives and client business drivers. Establishes and maintains project and/or program communications. Oversees project estimations and staffing. Oversees the development of project deliverables. Establishes and maintains processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle. Identifies and manages project and/or program issues. Sets project quality and performance standards. Assesses and manages risk within, and across, multiple projects.
II. Maintains Project Tracking and Information Systems: Partners with other project leaders to lead teams of 2-10 people. Builds and structures the project team to ensure maximum performance. Provides purpose, direction and motivation to team. Clarifies and communicates project objectives and success criteria. Ensures key project and program-wide roles and responsibilities are defined. Ensures the use of best practices and applies lessons learned from previous projects. Ensures a positive, collaborative work environment for the team. Mentors and coaches project team members, as appropriate. Oversees work of other project managers as appropriate.
