We are seeking a talented individual to support our Professional Services group. This position is responsible for cross-organizational management of the project delivery requirements, and defining performance targets based on customer data and financial drivers.
Required Knowledge: Program management skills, change management skills, coaching skills, ability to define customer-facing requirement and measurement. Data collection and sampling expertise, interpretation of basic statistical analysis results, and business process design and analysis.
The primary functions of this position include project and program management, client management and team leadership. This position requires a sufficient breadth and depth of expertise to lead large multi-disciplinary teams of people to successfully deliver results. Typical project roles are on projects with team sizes ranging from 10-25 people.
I. Project & Program Management: Structures and manages integrated, multi-track projects and/or programs of multiple projects. Leads the development and tracking of integrated project plans. Adapts and applies structured approach to meet project and program objectives and client business drivers. Establishes and maintains project and/or program communications. Oversees project estimations and staffing. Oversees the development of project deliverables. Establishes and maintains processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle.
